How it works
Question comes in → the matching entries are found by keyword and the entry text goes out as written here, no model in the loop (Ford, 10/8: a concrete body of knowledge the bot is allowed to answer) → it stays under 240 characters and goes out on the usual countdown so a person can intercept. An opt-in mode lets Claude rephrase the same entries, with code checking that it cites real entries and adds no numbers that aren’t in them. Price negotiation, complaints, missing payments, contracts and incidents are never answered by the bot.
